The explosion-proof fire water cannon system of the coal storage shed in Shaanxi Coal Logistics Park has passed the on-site acceptance test and been officially put into operation. The project adopted the ZDMS0.8/30S-JXP/Ex explosion-proof fire water cannon to solve the problem of insufficient coverage of traditional fire protection methods in the 300m-long and 80m-wide coal storage shed, and verify the equipment's reliability in the dusty and flammable coal storage environment.

The joint test by the equipment supplier and the park's fire management team covered three key aspects: single-machine function, multi-machine linkage and dust environment adaptability. The results showed all equipment performed well: single cannons responded quickly to simulated fires with automatic positioning and water spraying; the control system allocated fire-fighting resources intelligently during multi-machine linkage; the detection system identified heat sources effectively even in high dust conditions. No equipment failure or system stuck occurred during the test.

Designed for flammable and explosive scenarios, the ZDMS0.8/30S-JXP/Ex features an explosion-proof sealed structure, dual-band infrared detection technology (with anti-mispray function) and a central control platform supporting multi-machine coordination. Its core parameters (30L/s flow, 0.8MPa rated pressure, 55m protection radius) fully meet the large-space fire protection needs of the coal storage shed.

The test confirmed the system's suitability for the coal storage shed, and the maintenance requirement of regularly cleaning the detector and its window in high-dust areas has been included in the park's management regulations. The system has been incorporated into the park's daily fire management system after the operation training of the safety team, providing a practical reference for fire protection construction in similar coal storage sites.
